Delivery

All orders will be shipped using our preferred freight or courier company within New Zealand. For export orders, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for shipment and insurance of the goods with their nominated freight agent.

The cost of delivery is determined on the size of the items in your order and the delivery location. The cost of delivery will display on the final invoice.

After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout.

We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

We will give you Free Freight if you purchase over $1000 at once.

Return & Refund

All claims of order shortages, damaged items, defective products or missing box must be reported within 7 days of delivery receipt. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

If your items arrive damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this and keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Proof of damaged item (i.e. pictures) is required in order to get an exchange or a refund.

We will issue a credit within 7 days after checking the item whether it is damaged or not. Once we decide to offer a refund, credits will be issued in your account on the website.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty.
